Do not go to this shitty clinic. The so called “experienced aesthetic specialist” desperately requires proper customer service training, claiming all over Google that her clinic is “a warm and welcoming environment that ensures a relaxing and pleasant experience” - it’s a big joke. I went here excitingly to get nose filler done for the first time as a model. The process was rushed, there was no discussion or consultation beforehand whatsoever, she was fucking rude and disrespectful when I asked her simply if my hair looked fine as she was taking her content of me, she replied with “We’re not a hairdressers, we wouldn’t know.” Clearly not a girl’s girl. She did not make me feel at ease or comfortable during the treatment process at all, especially when I reacted to the pain at certain points. Even her trainee colleague had the decency to ask me if I was okay, but the actual practitioner herself did not at all. After the treatment, she didn’t make no comments and she took the mirror off me shortly while I was still looking at my nose. On top of this, she gave some weird excuse about not letting me take pictures in the mirror which made no sense at all. Overall, very disappointing, and appalling customer service. Her insta reviews are a lie, considering they did not match up to my experience at all. Also, when I sent her a message about all of this, there was no sort of consideration to my message or an apology whatsoever. Shocking. I have no idea what her problem was with me, but all I know is, if it wasn’t for the fact that I was getting this treatment done for the first time, she seriously would’ve saw a different face. I’m not the one.
