I had such a great experience at this medspa clinic! The place was so cosy, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I got a deep skin cleaning and a Hydrafacial treatment, and honestly my skin has never felt this good before. After the treatment, my skin felt so soft, fresh, and clean, and it has been glowing ever since! You can really see and feel the difference. What I also loved was that they gave professional advice based on my skin type and condition, which was amazing and super helpful. They really take the time to understand your skin and recommend what is best for you. Definitely recommended!

This is the worse place I have ever been to and the so called manager there refused my treatment because her staff messed up my treatments , which I had paid over a grand for!! The lady was rude and the fact that she had the audacity to blame me for it , the customer who wasn't even at fault. How am I suppose to know your workers are incompetent and no good and therefore you had to sack them? Is that my fault?? NO!!!! No need to take off my review as it’s the truth. The day I was getting my treatment done was the day the manager kept calling the worker to stop my treatment and I was oblivious to all this. After she completed my treatment she was told to leave her job. Then here comes my bit she wouldn’t give me my treatments that the worker had changed to something else as the fat freeze wasn’t for me and I had bought a package. This ignorant woman doesn't know how to do business and has lost a customer over her staff which she removed and not one but a handful and because I told her how it was openly and she was harping on about how expensive her machines are like I don't know...I paid her enough for my treatments and feel robbed and can see now why some resigned swell. I would never go back there because they rob you and blame customer for staff shortfall- great way of running a business. I haven’t been back and miss cherise . She was amazing at her job. And I agree with above comment from HANJi that the good feedback here is fake because this manager or whoever she was lacks communication skills. All about money and no customer care.

Just had a hydrafacial at a medspa clinic and my skin is literally glowing The whole experience felt super relaxing like a deep cleanse plus hydration boost all in one. My face feels so smooth and looks way more even and plump. Definitely one of those treat yourself things that’s actually worth it.
