This policy explains how Clinic Finder, operated by Clinic Finder, uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Websites can also store information in your browser in other ways, such as local storage. This policy covers both.
2. We set no cookies unless you sign in
Browsing Clinic Finder sets no cookies at all. We run no advertising and no tracking pixels — there is no Google Analytics, no advertising network and no social media tracker on this site. We do count visits, using Vercel Web Analytics, but it is cookieless: it stores nothing in your browser and cannot follow you to other websites. If you never sign in, we never place a cookie on your device.
The only cookie we set is a sign-in session cookie, created when you sign in and used to keep you signed in and to protect the form submissions you make while signed in. It is strictly necessary for the account features to work, so it does not require consent. Signing out or clearing your browser data removes it.

Pages without a map — including our home page and search page — store nothing in your browser at all when you are signed out.
4. Other third parties
Maps are provided by Mapbox. Images are delivered by Cloudinary and Google, and the site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides the cookieless visit counting described above. Requesting a file from any of these providers reveals your IP address and browser details to them, as it does with any website, and they handle that data under their own privacy policies. Aside from the Mapbox entries described above, none of them stores anything in your browser through this site.
5. Managing what is stored
Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is nothing for you to opt out of on our side, and we do not show a consent banner. Our visit counting works from the requests your browser already makes, without placing any identifier on your device, so there is nothing to switch off there either. You can clear or block storage for this site through your browser settings at any time — including the Mapbox entries above, though they will be recreated the next time you open an interactive map. Blocking the sign-in cookie will stop you being able to stay signed in.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the cookies we use change. The current version is always shown on this page, with the “last updated” date above.
