I have visited Dr. Mitra many times over the past couple of years and had facials, microneedling and laser skin treatment. I have suffered with blotchy, red skin and acne my whole life. Her treatments have helped completely change my skin, reduce scaring and make my skin feel and look smoother. I’ve recently been diagnosed with Hidradenitis suppurativa and I’m now having more sessions with her to hopefully treat that. Her facility is fantastic and she is very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Offering lots of fantastic advice. I would highly recommend.

I had the 20% TCA peel done with the Doctor Mitra nearly 2 weeks ago. Dr. Mitra explained that I would need to have more than one session to see lots of change. I have some superficial acne scarring, and a dark birth mark I’d like gone eventually. For the initial process: Dr. mitra was really friendly and kind. She made lots of conversation, and I really enjoyed my time with her. The treatment was relaxing, and she took care of my skin really well. One thing I’d do better is, she had heat applied to my face to open up the pores, but it mainly reached only one side of my face, so next time, if she makes sure to get the whole face, it would be amazing! When the actual acid was added on, it burned, but that’s normal! The aftercare was amazing, and I’m grateful for the experience.

I bought this TCA peel and went for an appointment today, the dr applied the acid on my face with ear bud which doesn’t clever all the face not even the areas I required them to be covered. I asked her 3 times that I need to cover this area she said to me she applied it every where but that’s not clearly the case. I went there specially for specific areas where there was a melisma and a burnt but clearly these areas are missed only she applied on the front face but half of my face is clearly missing on acid or TCA application I bought this deal on group on and paid £39. I am very very upset. I experience so much paid for nothing and quite upset that it’s not done properly. No doubt Dr Mitra was well spoken but I am not happy with the outcome or application of TCA on my face very upset and frustrated. I posted this picture half of the areas on both side is clearly missing application and it was for full face. She also said to me my skin may not peel and I was thinking it supposed to be to be a peel so the new skin should come. Waste of money big time. I got more pictures to share if needed. I said the solution wasn’t applied to my full face I have shared pic an indicating area with hand and it both half of the sides of my face, it didn’t cover my full face. I am also very scared it seems like my face is burnt I posted the pics. However I’ll wait for 7 days and see the outcome it may not be burned but if it does then I value my face a lot finger crossed.

Amazing service, nice and clean clinic. I am here over and over again - i am their regular customers for more than 3 years. They always do good offers when you buy in package. They are so welcoming and I always feel relaxed and happy when I visit there .
