I trust them with everything, it’s amazing. They make sure ur absolutely prepared for everything and any nerves you may have they take care of and make sure you feel comfortable. They also don't try to convince you to get anything, they tell you the pros and cons and will advise you accordingly to what ever your concerns or desires are. 100% recommend if you want to get anything done, go here!!

I have been going to Aanya for my facials for years now, and I cannot recommend her enough. Every session is a lovely experience that I always look forward to! AVOID! Horrible customer service and ripping people off! Bought a Wowcher for over £88 for HIFU, called and book an appointment and I requested confirmation to be emailed or texted to me. I emailed wowcher code as requested immediately however I never receied any confirmation of the appointment. In my mind it was booked for Friday. Then on Thursday morning I received a text message saying I missed my appointment! I called the clinic immediately and was told my appointment was today not tomorrow and they claimed confirmation was sent to me. Which it was not! They told me noting can be done and I lost over £88. I requested to speak to manager, she said she was her. So it is a small business run by the owner so she had full control of the situation and could have rebooked the appointment. And to be honest she never even informed me that if the appointment is missed I will be still charged for the whole treatment. What a rip off!!! She was quick to offer me paid appointment the next day so clearly has a lot of availability and while I can understand that missed appointment means wasted time for the clinic and ther may be a small charge for that, in this situation it was completely unjust and wrong! She never sent me appointment confirmation and the fact she had my wowcher code means she knew she was paid for the appointment so to be honest I am wondering if the confirmation was not sent on purpose?! Shocking experience, please consider this before using this place especially if you have to pre pay or use wowcher. I wasted £88+ and this was a birthday treat to myself so I cannot even express how disappointed and disgusted I am with this place and the owner!

I had three sessions of polynucleotides under my eyes and microneedling with exosomes for acne scars and melasma, and the results have been amazing. I had my teeth whitened here in Wandsworth and it was a really nice experience. The place has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was well looked after, and the results were noticeable right away. Very happy with my smile!
