Best place to go if you want a gorgeous hair transformation and experience! I spent 6 hours at the salon today. Melani did MAGIC with my hair, I cannot be happier with the results. She took her time to understand exactly what I wanted when I arrived and checked on me multiple times during our appointment to make sure I was happy and that everything was going to plan, both her and Kozeta are gorgeous women, super kind hearted and talented. Melani fixed up my horrible hair that an other salon completely ruined. I cannot recommend her and this place enough!

I had my hair done today and I’m really happy with the result! Kozeta was lovely, professional, and paid great attention to detail. I am honestly OBSESSED with my hair 😍✨ A huge thank you to Kozeta in North Finchley – she is truly incredible at what she does. From start to finish she was so professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined!! Went for eyebrow shaping and tint and ended up getting skin ripped off under both of my eyebrows. This was (and still is) very painful and obviously looks horrible - my eyebrows look way worse than before the appointment!! The skin is ripped off very badly especially on the right eyebrow. I tried to reach out to Ace to discuss this and possibly get a refund as obviously this is not the service I paid for and like said left me in pain and eyebrows looking horrible with red marks under both eyebrows. They haven't got back to me which is very disappointing as I have been to Ace before for my eyebrows and had no problems so I was keen to talk this out rather than posting a bad review. Update: now after 4 days my skin is peeling off and still looks horrible. Still no answer from ACE, beyond disappointed in their customer service.

A first time customer here and I'm very satisfied with the service I received! Kozeta was amazing. I appreciate how she welcomed and communicated with me throughout the whole process. She really listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, and I loved how it turned out!
