Tais has been my person to go to for years now! I get regular treatments done there and I keep recommending it to everyone. It's genuinely one of the best places to go to for laser treatments! And the service is outstanding!

The lady who did my eyelashes was lovely. I was told via Treatwell that I had to do a patch test, I called up to ask when I should come along to do that, the lady told me she would book me in 15 minutes earlier which I didn’t really understand as a patch test should be 48 hours before? I agreed as I’ve never had issues with eyelashes elsewhere. She then charged me an additional £10 for the patch test which was when she was doing my eyelashes? I’ve never been charged for a patch test before and as it was at the same time as the appointment I feel it was just an excuse to get another £10 out of me when I had already paid £60. I didn’t argue at the time as the lady who did my eyelashes clearly didn’t own the salon so no point but I won’t be returning.

All I can say is WOW! I booked the ‘Luxury facial’ as a last min treat to myself. I stumbled on this place and thought I’d give it a go. I’m so pleased I found it. From start to finish i was blown away by the whole experience. My facial was the best I’ve ever had, beautiful creams were used that smelt and felt divine. The lovely lady performing my facial was outstanding. She really knew what she was doing, fabulous massages and super soft and gentle hands. I didn’t want my hour to end! Honestly 10/10 experience.. I will be back! You must try this place!

This place offers a wider range of salon and beauty services including a 90 minute full body and head massage. I booked in for this recently and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. The masseuse was very friendly, happy to help and completely put me at ease. She even offered me tips to help with my ongoing neck/back aches at work. I felt so relaxed and pampered and I'll definitely go back. The staff I met when I arrived were also very polite and welcoming. It looked like it's a popular spot and it was great that they offered early evening appointments too.
