I booked an appointment in January and the day before I’ve been told by Mag to reschedule for the following week. Fine. The morning of the appointment, the SAME MORNING, just an hour before the appointment, she cancelled again. If I had an emergency and not be able to respect the cancellation policy I would be still having to pay but, hey, they can cancel 1 hour before your treatment! I booked again for next week and, without even checking my availability, they rescheduled. If I could give 0 I’d give it, it’s just ridiculous.

I recently had face filler at Aesthetic Institute with Mag and I couldn’t be more pleased. From consultation to treatment, everything was professional, clean, and well explained. I had my lip filler yesterday, and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. She was gentle, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire session. I couldn’t recommend her more , if you’re booking an appointment, definitely ask for Mag !
