I really recommend Alex for laser hair removal she has literally changed my life. I've had hollywood laser hair removal done and before this treatment I was very self conscious and now I've never been so more confident before. I'm obsessed with the results that I'm getting the underarms and buttocks laser done too. If you are thinking of getting your laser hair removal, I really recommend Alex.

This time I am afraid it’s been a very bad experience.. I’ve been a faithful customer and been going there for over 3 years. It’s always been perfect, until my last session. I went for a full body waxing which was awful for a number of reasons I will describe below: The full body waxing took over 2 hours to complete!!! I was in huge pain because Lara still does not know how to pull the stripes so she pulls them in all directions Lara is not at all organised so she started off with one area, continued with another, went back to the initial area, and so on… She left me with a lot of hair still on my body!!!! I got home and in better lighting, I had lots of hair everywhere on my body Not to mention she also left a lot of wax on my body and didn’t clean it. I struggled to take it off at home and it was itchy.. This is totally unacceptable!! I paid £150 for this service. For that money I am expecting PERFECTION!!! I am extremely disappointed and if this continues I will not be returning I already spoke about something similar with 2 other customers. I am paying for a service so I am expecting perfection. If you’re getting your trainee to do the work, make sure she does it properly! I do feel that as a business owner Alex lacks communication. As a loyal customer, I would have expected her to describe the situation to her customers and then tell her customers that she will be checking in to see if the trainee did a good job. A couple of months ago she just randomly walked into the room.. I would have actually been happy if Alex came in to check on the job that Lara did last time, but this never happened. I do hope this does not happen again as this used to be my favourite place and I would hate having to go somewhere else. I will be removing this 1 star review if I see improvement, but if not then I will definitely go somewhere else

I've been going to Aesthetics By AM for four years now and I wouldn't go to any other salon in Oxford. I've had multiple treatments here, most recently leg and underarm laser hair removal, and have been delighted with the results. Alex is absolutely brilliant at her job and I've got to know her so well over the years. She puts her customers at ease and really cares about the service she provides. I come to see Alex and Nicole for my laser hair removal and I absolutely love it. It is the best investment I have made for myself and my future. Both Alex and Nicole always make me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was so scared initially to start treatments as it was the first time I’ve ever tried anything like that and they both have been so supportive and reassuring, talking me through the process and helping me with any questions I have. Before I started laser hair removal I came to them for a wax and that was great too and following the great service I received I enquired about the laser hair removal and I’ve not looked back since. Once I’m finished with that I am definitely booking myself for their facials! Recommend these girls to every always! X
