The price for Botox was a little cheaper than other places, but you get what you pay for She didn't put enough in my masseter for jaw clenching, stating we could always add more at the top up appointment, without disclosing that top up appointments are charged extra. I've had Botox several times elsewhere and have never had to pay for a follow up/top up appointment She hit a nerve in my jaw which lead to 5 days of throbbing pain after the appointment, again I've never had that before, luckily I've not experienced any permanent damage I'm not really happy with the end result because it felt like she was trying to scrimp on using the Botox, which now makes sense because she wants you to pay to come back rather than use the proper amount in the first place. My jaw clenching isn't eased so it was a lot of money wasted Overall experience felt really underhanded and I would not go back

Absolutely incredible Phi Brows experience with Ale Aesthetics! Alessandra and Camern are amazing! I recently relocated to Leeds and urgently needed a top-up for my microblading, which had really faded. From my very first consultation, Alessandra could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, and reassuring - especially considering my previous microblading had been done elsewhere. She immediately understood what was needed and made the whole experience feel effortless. Alessandra performed my Phi Brows treatment and perfectly matched my colour, expertly working over my old microblading with no issues. She also recommended a Fusion Plasma treatment straight after the microblading to help speed up the healing process and wow, it made such a difference. The treatment only took about 10 minutes and my brows healed so much quicker than expected. The whole experience felt calm, comfortable. Both Alessandra and Carmen, were warm, caring, and so attentive throughout. The value for the treatments is amazing. Alessandra even followed up with me the next day to check how I was doing and let me know I could reach out with any questions. I’m absolutely over the moon with my eyebrows. I can’t recommend Ale Aesthetics enough. If you’re looking for expert brows with outstanding care, this is the place to go.

I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic. Ale is incredibly kind, reassuring, and caring, and she really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I have a toddler who I can’t leave anywhere, and she and her lovely mother were so understanding and accommodating. Her mother was especially sweet, keeping my little one engaged and talking with her while I was having my procedures done, which made such a difference for me. They truly went above and beyond for me, even after the procedures finished, making sure I was completely comfortable. This was my first visit, but I already know Ale will be my permanent practitioner for all my future treatments. I highly, highly recommend this salon to anyone — not only for the excellent work, but also for the genuine care and kindness they show their clients.

Was my first experience in this salon and I was made to feel so welcomed and comforted by Alessandra and her mother. It was my second time getting a lip filler but my first time with Ale. It went so well and didn’t even pain as much as my first time. The lovely women just reassures you and comforts you throughout the procedure. The atmosphere is beautiful too! I already am pleased with the way my lips look. Thank you so much guys. Will definitely come again.
