Layla is an incredibly welcoming bundle of energy and made me so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. You can tell she looks after her clients and cares for providing the best services possible, she talked me through the whole process and was super gentle actually applying the lash lift. Was a pleasure to chit chat whilst she turned my lashes from straight and unnoticeable to curly and lifted! Feel so much more confident, thank you🩷

I got my make up done here for a birthday brunch, I didn’t quite know what look I wanted, but when I told Layla my outfit plans, she knew exactly what to do and she explained what shades she recommended for me and my skin tone! I loved the look! The make up lasted all day and evening and I got lots of compliments 🤩 thank you - I will be back and would definitely recommend, it was a lovely experience - I enjoyed a nice glass of Prosecco whilst being beautified and Layla is so friendly!

I’ve had several treatments at Enchanting, including eyelash extensions and make up done for a Wedding and it is the only place I’d go for treatments. Layla the owner so professional, sweet and talks me through each stage of treatment. The shop is beautifully decorated and has a real bespoke feel. Highly recommend. I went to enchanting Hair extensions and had my Dermaplanning done for the first time . My skin felt amazing my make up went on so smoothly. Layla was extremely friendly and explained the process to me. I will defo be back again to try some other treatment especially make up for my next night out. A great little find in surbiton.
