Absolutely terrible experience. I showed them exactly what hair colour I wanted, and the result looked nothing like it. I was extremely disappointed. To make matters worse, they charged me far more than expected and only discussed the extra costs after my hair was finished, leaving me feeling pressured into paying. The pricing was not transparent, and I felt completely misled. I would not recommend this salon. Save your money and go somewhere that is honest about prices and actually delivers what you ask for.

From the moment I walked into the salon, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and very relaxing. The cleanliness and organization were truly impressive. Wala was absolutely amazing — very detail-oriented, calm, and kind, with incredibly talented hands. My haircut turned out exactly the way I wanted, even better than I imagined. She truly deserves 5 stars. Also, Romina was incredibly sweet and friendly. She didn’t just do her job and serving all her clients with smile , but she was also so caring and kind to my daughter, making her feel like part of the family with her warmth and attention throughout the whole visit. A lovely and spotless salon! I spent a couple of hours here for hair, eyebrow, and nail services. Alya, the owner, has years of experience and truly listens to your requests when it comes to haircuts and coloring. Benin (blow dry) and Nora (nails) are incredibly patient and attentive to detail. Overall a fantastic experience — highly recommend this salon to everyone!
