I arrived at 12:00 for my appointment, which had been rescheduled to 12:10. Despite having a confirmed booking, they decided to take another client instead. I was first told the wait would be 5 to 10 minutes, and then that it would be another 15 minutes. There was no real apology or concern, and they did not seem bothered that I had booked and arrived on time. Unfortunately, I had to leave because of work. It felt like blatant disrespect for clients and for the booking system. Really disappointing behaviour.

Nihah was amazing. My daughter was having her nails done for the first time, just in time for prom. Nihah took her time to find out exactly what she wanted, she was kind and put her at ease. My daughter was delighted with the result. Thank you.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The quality standards of this salon are shocking, and honestly I don’t understand how this place is still open. The nail work I had done last Sunday was so poor that I had to get my nails completely redone on Monday morning at another salon. On top of that, I ended up with small cuts on my fingers because gel had been left all over the skin around my nails, which I then had to remove myself. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of professionalism afterwards: I contacted them both by email and WhatsApp and they did not even bother to reply. No apology, no explanation, nothing. For a service like this, a full refund should be the bare minimum. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I’ve been living in the UK for the past five years and usually get my hair cut every six months, but I’ve rarely been fully satisfied, even after trying more expensive salons. had a great experience at this salon! Arsh is incredibly kind and gentle, which made the whole visit very comfortable and relaxing. She worked quickly but with great attention to detail—there was no waiting time at all, which I really appreciated. She did my brows beautifully, creating a lovely shape and performing the treatment very delicately. The result looks amazing, and the whole service was done efficiently, which is very important to me. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

For £60 for Biab I expect to be super happy when leaving, the nail ladies swapped half way through, the lady who did my Biab left it all bumpy, it took 2 hours to do a French tip, they seemed more focused on seeing multiple customers than actually on my nails, girl next to me was waiting 45 minutes to get hers done and eventually left. What I asked for and what I got attached
