This comment is not about the salon as a whole, but about the stylist who rents space from them. I had an appointment with Rejhan Zeka.I requested an air-touch technique, and I also asked to remove the yellow tint that was on the ends. When he finished bleaching my hair and showed me the results, my hair was still yellow. I asked him to remove it again. He toned my hair, and the yellowness went away a little. After the first wash at home, the toner washed out, and my hair turned yellow again. I wrote to Rejhan about this, and he said he would tone it again. As a result, he toned it PINK. I was terribly upset and asked him to wash out this tint, and as a result, he washed out almost all the color. When I told him that he had ruined everything, he advised me to change hairdressers. I wasted a lot of time and money. Besides, the service he provides is not worth 240 pounds. The supplies were cheap, I never saw the Olaplex he promised to use, and the stylist simply didn't have a hair enough clipper. Besides he was working on another client at the same time.

Julia cut my hair the second time and again she did a brilliant job. I'm growing out my hair and it was very important to leave the length yet still give it a good shape to avoid me looking like a mushroom and she did amazingly. The team is friendly and professional, and they clearly know what they’re doing. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service. I had a fantastic experience. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a very relaxed atmosphere. The stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and gave great advice… … more likely solution;) I had a cut and blow-dry, and it turned out exactly how I envisioned—sleek, fresh, and full of life. … and a very professional eyebrow cleaning.
