I purchased a Groupon voucher for a Gel Pedicure and was looking forward to visiting the store. However, I was unable to get in contact with the company as per the instructions on the voucher. I sent whats app messages, voicemails and tried to call over a week but heard nothing back. This is very poor customer service for potential new customers. I definitely would not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience and couldn't be happier with the service. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave honest advice about which treatments would suit me best. Rather than trying to sell me services I didn't need, she offered a complimentary demonstration of a treatment I was interested in and even gave me a product to try at home before making any further decisions. Her honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients are truly exceptional. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back! 😊

I had such a lovely experience at Annabelle Beauty! Negin was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. Even though I was a bit late, she was so understanding and still took her time, paying close attention to every detail and really trying her hardest to give me exactly the nails I wanted which I really appreciated. The service was honestly 10/10, so professional and relaxing and I’m absolutely in love with my nails! They turned out even better than I imagined. What an excellent job by Annabella! I usually visit this salon just for my eyebrows, as I’ve always trusted their work, but today I decided to go for a haircut and I’m so glad I did. Being 5 months postpartum, I was a little nervous about my hair due to changes in texture and hair fall, but Annabella made the entire experience so comfortable and reassuring. She was extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, understood exactly what would suit me, and worked with such care and confidence. Not only is she very skilled, but she also has a lovely, calming presence that makes you feel relaxed and well looked after. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and truly happy with my haircut — something that means a lot during the postpartum phase. It felt like proper self-care rather than just an appointment. I’ve always loved visiting this salon, and this experience has only strengthened that feeling.
