SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Spoke to the lady over the phone, agreed on a price of £55. Came into my appointment, had everything done, didn’t ask the hairdresser for anything extra. When it came to the end of the service and came to pay, she said my hair was now ‘extra long’ and not ‘long’ so she had to charge me £10 extra, which I was not informed of before the service started! The issue isn’t the £10 but the principle on how she thinks it’s okay to charge extra because she feels like it and doesn’t consult with the customer if they still want to continue with the service at the new price and just blindsides you at the end. I ended up paying at the time as I was in a rush and also don’t like confrontation, but it didn’t sit right with me so I requested a refund and went back and forth for a while. The lady didn’t take any accountability and stated the customer is responsible for extra charges? I’m sorry but I’m not the one that works there, the hairdresser should be the one to inform the customer of additional charges prior to starting or during the process to see if they’d like to continue. In conclusion, avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle, find somewhere that’s honest and doesn’t scam and add a ‘what you gonna do about it fee’ at the end of the service.

SCAM PRICING!!! Honestly, one of the best wash, cut, and blow-dries I’ve had in a long time. Stella did an excellent job, she gave me a thorough hair wash, a lovely haircut, and a beautiful blow-dry with rolled ends. I was genuinely happy with the result and her service. However, I was very disappointed by the pricing. I booked the £65 long hair wash, cut, and blow-dry package through the website, but when it came time to pay, the total suddenly became £90. I was told my hair was considered “extra long,” which added £15, even though I would describe my hair as normal long hair. After the trim, it was actually medium length. On top of that, another £10 was added because my hair was finished with rollers. I don’t believe rolled ends should automatically be considered an extra service, as it’s simply a styling technique as part of a blow-dry. Even if it was chargeable, I should have been informed beforehand and given the choice. When Stella asked what style I wanted, I simply said whatever she thought would look nice, so I was surprised to see an additional charge afterwards. The quality of the service itself was excellent, which makes this even more disappointing. I would have happily returned and recommended the salon to my friends and family based on the quality of Stella’s work alone. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency around pricing has completely changed my impression of the salon. Customers should never be surprised by extra charges when it’s time to pay, especially when those charges were never discussed in advance. Sadly, despite being very happy with the haircut itself, this will be my first and last visit. Transparency and honesty are just as important as the quality of the service.

I got a pedicure there about 12 days ago, and I am still recovering from severe pain with paronychia in both big toes. I am currently going to A&E to assess for drainage after 7 days of ineffective antibiotics. Avoid this place for pedicures at all cost!!

Extremely pleased with the service. Tania has done an amazing job and nail art. Highly recommend it! Service is so good here, been 2 times for nails and today had my haircut by Ali. I am very happy with the result. He had such a great hand, easy going, he understood very quick how I want the hair to be cut and styled. Cannot recommend this place enough! You have to try it!

Devastated… i came here last and had the best pedicure ever with my partner. We decided to randomly go again after mentioning it for a while and it’s the worst pedicure we have had. We booked at 4 for 2 pedis he ended up starting and finishing and i was not even seen yet. I asked for Gel but because we was not seen at the same time, i said just do normal polish and we even ended up waiting for the polish to dry just for her to scrape it off my feet and say look its not drying, i was shocked and i left with just a top coat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! To make things worse the nail technicians was just talking in their own language and looking at me, clearly was speaking about me and my partner. Where have people who do their job with heart gone?? Not worth £100!!
