Edit: Visited Aria the 2nd time. This was my second visit, and I came back because I absolutely loved the BIAB manicure I had done before. It was one of the best I've had, so I decided to book a BIAB pedicure this time as well. I'm so glad I did because I was just as happy with the results. The finish was beautiful, and the quality of the work was excellent. I also have to mention the eyebrow threading. It is honestly the best threading I've had, especially for the price. I've been to many places, and this salon offers incredible value while still delivering amazing results. I'll definitely keep coming back for my brows and BIAB services. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my eyelash extensions. I don't mean this in a rude or hurtful way because I genuinely appreciate the effort the technician put in, but I wasn't happy with the outcome. The lashes weren't uniform, and the lengths looked uneven. During the application, my eyes were stinging the entire time, and it was quite painful until I opened them. The next day, my right eye became swollen and red, which was concerning. I ended up going to another salon to have them removed and redone. I'm only sharing my honest experience and have no bad intentions. While I wouldn't return for lash extensions, I would still highly recommend this salon for their eyebrow threading and BIAB manicure and pedicure, as those services have been consistently excellent and are the reason I came back. --------- First review ⤵️ I found Aria through the Treatwell app after seeing their great reviews, and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try. I was looking for a new salon after having a really bad BIAB experience elsewhere, so I was hoping to find somewhere that paid attention to detail. Richmond is quite far from where I live, but it was absolutely worth the trip. I couldn't be happier with my BIAB nails. I asked for a very natural look, and they absolutely nailed it. The nail preparation was thorough, my cuticles were properly cleaned, and the BIAB application was smooth, even, and beautifully finished. You can really tell they take their time and care about the quality of their work. The price was also very reasonable for the level of service and quality I received. The whole experience was professional, and I left feeling genuinely happy with my nails. I'll definitely be coming back and look forward to trying some of their other services too. Highly recommended! Very simple yet so pretty 😍 the picture doesn't even compare to what is it personally. And those pics are no filter 🤘🏻🤭

I have never had my nails damaged by a nail technician before. Several months later, I am still waiting for my nails to fully regrow, which has been very upsetting. I booked a Russian manicure, but my experience was disappointing. Within 4–5 days, the manicure began peeling and had to be redone. During the appointment, around five of my fingers bled significantly, which has never happened to me at any other salon. I was told that my hands were unusually dry, but I have never been told this by any other nail technician. After the treatment, my nails appeared extremely over-filed and thinned. There were visible dents around the cuticle area, and my nail plates became red and sensitive. Even now, the damage is still growing out and preventing me from having healthy-looking nails. Unfortunately, this was the worst manicure experience I have had, and based on the damage to my nails, I would not return.

Ariana very kindly fitted me in last minute on my most recent visit. I’ve been to see Ariana for my nails twice now and she is excellent, I wish I knew about her sooner! I’m super picky with my nails and everything is always perfect- she is a perfectionist. Highly highly recommend.

Ariana is, hands down, the best artist I’ve ever met. Over the past five years, I’ve tried numerous artists in London, but none compare to her. I’ve been a loyal client for over a year now, and her work consistently exceeds my expectations. Ariana is incredibly precise, highly professional, and impressively fast. I’ve never been disappointed with her results. I cannot recommend her enough—wherever she goes, I will follow.
