I had a deep cleansing facial at Arta beauty clinic and my experience was totally disappointing. Firstly, the facial began with what felt like a sales pitch where the beauty therapist Leti tried to sell me a block of further treatments at a discounted price which made me feel uncomfortable. We had this conversation while I was laying down with my eyes closed with cotton pads which felt bizzare. Secondly, before we started the treatment I mentioned to her that I have sensitive skin and I wrote that on the form that she gave me to fill in. She assured me that she would take this into consideration but this wasn’t the case. During the facial she used harsh scrubs and a scrubbing brush and the whole treatment felt rushed and heavy handed. She did not stick to the sensitive skin protocol at all. And finally, the deep cleansing element that I booked this facial for was overlooked. She only steamed my face to literally 20 seconds and then did some extractions on the nose area which were very painful as the skin wasn’t prepared properly. The rest of the face was not deep cleaned at all. By the time the facial was finished, my skin felt painful, hot and uncomfortable. Even though I have sensitive skin, I’ve had many facials in the past and never had a reaction or experience like this before. The following day the skin was still very tight and I was so unhappy that I had to request a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Every visit to Arta’s Beauty Clinic is a treat. The ladies are warm, attentive, and genuinely listen to what you want—then they deliver, every time. I’m absolutely thrilled with my haircut and blow-dry. Gabby was a gem and made sure I walked out feeling 100% happy with the result 🥰

I was very happy with the way Gabby did my hair. Previous salon messed up a bleach job on my hair which is easy to lift and I wasn’t sure anyone would be able to fix it, but Gabby did. She was very personable, listened to exactly what I wanted and executed to the highest standard. Not to mention reasonable pricing. The salon is intimate, but everyone there seems lovely. I plan on becoming a regular here. See pictures for before and after.

I’ve been going to Arta for two years now, and I absolutely love it! The team is so welcoming and always makes you feel right at home while still doing an amazing job on your nails. They’re super detail-oriented, and I always leave with my nails looking perfect. The salon has such a nice vibe—bright, clean, and filled with so many great colors to pick from. It’s honestly my favorite little treat-yourself spot!

Friendly staff, very clean place and they offer a wide range of services! I got my nails done here and the staff were so kind and thorough with what I wanted. Definitely going back !! They offered to treat me for being one of their first few customers!! They have great offers compared to many other places 💯 recommend!!
