Chi cut my 5 year old son’s hair today. My son gets a little nervous at the barbers but Chi was kind and reassuring and made him feel a lot better. The haircut itself is perfect. Chi scissor cut my son’s hair, as requested and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Really happy with the haircut, the service and the price is well worth it!

Great location, very modern and clean, Nikki is extremely welcoming, in a relaxing environment. I am really happy with my nails, they are the cutest, Nikki did an amazing job. 💗 I appreciated the after care, as well, having my hands covered by a hot towel and hydrating cream - it's the small details that count 👍 I found my go to place in Kingston.

Absolutely top tier. Nikki did a fantastic job with my mani-pedi. But the real standout for me was just how nice everyone was. Salons can sometimes feel like intimidating spaces but everyone was so warm and welcoming here. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment

I cannot recommend this salon highly enough! I came in as a full-service appointment ahead of my wedding and every single treatment exceeded my expectations. I had a BIAB manicure with chrome, and a pedicure where the team went above and beyond. Having lost my big toenail, they built me a flawless fake nail that looked completely natural, and even made me a spare to take home just in case. That level of thoughtfulness truly blew me away. I also had a facial, a spray tan, and laser hair removal, all carried out to an incredibly high standard. My skin felt absolutely glowing ahead of the big day! The salon is spotlessly clean and hygiene is clearly taken very seriously throughout. I will post a picture of my pedicure and you won’t even be able to tell which toenail is fake!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Nikki! She did an absolutely stunning job on my nails — the attention to detail and skill she brings is truly next level.
