Avoid at All Costs Very disappointed I drove my friend all the way down for a confirmed appointment, only to discover that it had effectively been cancelled because the business owner had gone abroad. What is most frustrating is that nobody had the courtesy to contact us beforehand and let us know not to make the journey. We received no notification, no phone call, and no message explaining that the appointment would not be going ahead. Instead, we wasted our time travelling a long distance, only to arrive and find that nobody knew what was happening. The lack of communication and professionalism is completely unacceptable. If appointments cannot be honoured, customers should be informed in advance rather than being left to find out after travelling. To make matters worse, there was no genuine apology and very little accountability for the inconvenience caused. Customers’ time should be respected, and unfortunately that was not the case here. I would strongly advise anyone travelling from a distance to avoid booking with this business. Based on my experience, the communication is poor, the organisation is lacking, and the customer service is extremely disappointing. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I rarely leave negative reviews, but after what happened today, I feel obligated to warn others. I had a confirmed appointment booked for today and even received an email confirmation. Because I trusted the booking, I travelled over an hour to attend the appointment, only to discover that nobody was there and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Before arriving, I repeatedly tried calling the business, but every call went straight to voicemail. When I finally managed to get hold of someone, the woman who answered informed me that she was currently in Sri Lanka and not even in the country. She then told me they had no bookings scheduled for today. When I explained that I had an email clearly confirming my appointment, she simply told me to contact another lady who was supposedly responsible for the treatment. When I called the second person, the conversation became even more confusing. She appeared completely unaware of the situation and seemed very disorganised. She then informed me that the establishment had actually closed down, they no longer worked there, and the previous person had left. At that point, it became clear that customers are still being allowed to make bookings despite the business apparently no longer operating properly. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. Not once did anyone apologise for the inconvenience, the wasted journey, or the time and money I spent travelling. After I raised a complaint, my WhatsApp messages were simply ignored. The entire experience felt incredibly unprofessional, disorganised, and misleading. Customers should not be receiving booking confirmations for appointments that cannot be honoured. The lack of communication, responsibility, and basic customer service was shocking. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with this company to think twice. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with my time or money. Extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I’ve had two treatments so far at Shilpa Aesthetics Clinic and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. I was quite nervous booking the treatment, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. She is so kind, patient, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly (and is not pushy at all!) before the treatment and during aftercare as well. Her knowledge and professionalism really stand out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Such a lovely experience both times — I completely trust her and will only be using her from now on!
