Still not sure what happened… I came to the appointment, was treated rudely, therefore decided to leave without treatment. Not sure how there are so many positive reviews 🤷♀️ Received an email detailing practitioner’s perspective of what happened, but not even a slight attempt at repair. And the oddest thing was that Dr Baliga said he had to talk to ‘his boss’ regarding the refund… but he is the owner of the place 🧐 I’m just baffled at the whole experience. Too bad, could have bought something nice for 130 pounds…

I've been coming to this clinic for several months now, for different treatments, and I've received nothing but genuine care and professionalism from Dr Baliga. It's clean, always smells good, the temperature is just right and the service during the treatment and post is always spot on. I would definitely recommend Dr Baliga.

I had a really nice deep tissue massage in this salon. It was recommended by a friend who got regularly. This salon is operated by the owner Raghav so it’s very transparent. They offer all sort of treatments for wellbeing and pain healing. The oils used for the massage were really nice and I felt super relaxed afterwards.
