I honestly cannot recommend Bamby Beauty enough! From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with such warmth and professionalism. The salon itself is absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and has such a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable straight away. I had multiple treatments done, including eyebrow shaping, make up services, microblading, pedicure, and eyelash extensions, and every single service exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, skill, and care shown throughout each treatment was outstanding. You can tell you’re in the hands of highly trained professionals who genuinely care about delivering the best results. I asked AI for the best beauty salon in Battersea, and it recommended Bambi Beauty — and honestly, AI did not disappoint! I booked a little surprise gift for my partner, including brows, lashes, filler, Botox, manicure, and pedicure services, and I’m so happy I chose this salon. Everything was done beautifully and professionally, and the results were absolutely amazing. My partner was so happy, which made me even happier! Booked in for a lash lift trial ahead of my wedding after seeing such positive reviews online, and even booked a second appointment in June because I initially trusted the salon. Unfortunately my experience was genuinely awful. Before the appointment I emailed asking about a patch test as this was my first ever lash lift. I never received a response, so I wasn’t sure whether one was required. During the appointment, Courtney seemed far more focused on gossiping with a colleague about an intern at the salon than actually paying attention to the treatment. The lash lift itself stung throughout, which I now know was a major red flag. My lashes ended up severely overprocessed. They were curled so tightly they were pushing back into my eyelids, and my eyes became massively swollen afterwards. I’ve since had TWO separate salons confirm the wrong shield/guard size was likely used and that the lashes had been overprocessed. I had to pay another salon to relax the lift — twice — because of how extreme it was. I contacted the salon privately via Instagram first because I genuinely wanted to resolve things calmly. I explained both the lack of response regarding the patch test and the reaction/swelling I experienced. They agreed to cancel my second appointment and refund the deposit. They cancelled the appointment… then completely ghosted me regarding the refund. After multiple ignored messages, I had to go through my bank to recover the money, and the claim was found in my favour. I didn’t originally plan on leaving a public review because I hoped this could be handled professionally behind the scenes, but the lack of care, accountability and communication afterwards honestly upset me more than the initial bad treatment itself. I would strongly advise anyone booking a lash lift here — especially first timers — to proceed with caution.
