Fabulous! Excellent hair and make-up. Quick communication, spacious salon. Loving the look Mini created for me. Will be back :)

Mini is amazing! I only get my eyelash extensions from her! She always starts with a consultation about what I would like and what she recommends. Brilliant service!

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I had such a disappointing experience here. I came in with clear expectations, showed reference photos, and trusted the stylist to deliver — but what I walked out with was nothing short of a disaster. The color was completely off from what I asked for. It feels like the woman didn’t listen to me at all. Not only was the result bad, but the whole experience felt rushed and careless. I spent good money hoping for a professional service, she even offered me something different from what I asked for, I paid the extra trusting her professional advice. I thought I would leave loving my hair as ive dyed my hair several times and i’ve never ever been disappointed, instead, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. Now I have to spend even more to fix this mess elsewhere. I messaged her after leaving and she was honestly so passive aggressive and rude. This was the Indian lady hair dresser! not sure if shes the only one there but AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and go to someone who actually listens and knows what they’re doing!

I had a lash lift done at B&B M Aesthetics and Hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Mini is absolutely amazing—skilled, professional, and so kind. She made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Mini, you don’t need to say to anyone that you are Black; you are beautiful and hardworking just as you are. Your talent and dedication speak for themselves! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

**Extremely Disappointed – Avoid at All Costs!** I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience at B&B Aesthetics and Hair in Southall was! I went there yesterday to get a simple haircut and colour, and I can't believe I wasted my time, money, and energy. I had seen the positive reviews online and even booked through a Wowcher deal, thinking it would be a good experience. Little did I know, I would end up regretting every minute of it! I traveled almost two hours, excited to get my hair done for my birthday today, only to find out that the simple straight trim I asked for was done completely wrong. One side of my hair is literally **an inch longer** than the other. How is that even possible if you are a trained professional? I could have done a better job myself with a pair of scissors! When I messaged the Indian hairdresser about the mistake, her response was utterly infuriating: “Your hair is already up and down; I just did a straight trim cut." **What kind of excuse is that?** If you're a professional, you're supposed to make sure the cut is even and clean – that's basic stuff! It’s clear to me now that this place is full of unqualified staff who shouldn’t be trusted with something as simple as a trim, let alone colour. This has completely ruined my birthday plans. I feel completely let down, and the level of professionalism here is non-existent. I would strongly advise anyone considering this salon to **stay away**. I will never be returning, and I will be making sure others know just how poorly I was treated. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
