DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst most unprofessional experience of my life , just one staff doing everything! didn’t even clean the area before injecting ! She had another person upstairs, because she kept running from pillar to post and I was so nervous as it was the first time I had this procedure I had a panic attack . She made no time to ask what about the results of my coming. I spent over £1700 coming to them the lady who attended to me whom they said was their best was clearly rushing that’s why I now have Dodgy filler!! All slimming injected in the wrong place non work! Not a single difference, rather it got worse. and way too deep ! and when I messaged her asking to resolve it very nicely she asked asked she cancel my next appointment on WhatsApp!!! The filler is still rock hard two weeks later and hurts when I touch it . When I tried to message her on WhatsApp !!! She said they have got no refund policy. They has no duty of care whatsoever as long as they gets your money ! Very inhumane and insensitive

This was my first time ever getting lip filler and all the staff were so incredible! They talked me through everything, answered every question I had, were so incredibly friendly and in my opinion went above and beyond in their service. The place is incredibly clean and I love the interior design. Sumaya was so incredible and even checked on me a few times after the procedure to make sure everything was okay. My lips look incredible and I can't wait to go back for their other services. Thank you so much for everything!!!
