I had a massage session with Yasmin yesterday and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’m naturally a very shy and awkward person, but she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. Her professionalism, warmth, and calming energy put me at ease straight away. The massage itself was incredible — she really knows what she’s doing and you can feel the care she puts into her work. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and genuinely looked after. If you’re someone who gets nervous or shy, trust me, Yasmin is the perfect person for you. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely incredible experience . The treatment was highly professional, and the lady is such a kind and talented soul with excellent manners. I received a facial along with a shoulder and hand massage. It was so relaxing and peaceful that the 45 minutes felt like they passed in just 5 minutes! I left feeling completely refreshed. I’ve been getting waxed by Yasmin for a few months now and she’s honestly amazing. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or left unsatisfied, she’s super quick, precise and always does a perfect job. On top of that, she’s such a lovely person and makes you feel completely comfy. We always end up having fun chats and her energy makes the whole experience so much better. I genuinely look forward to every appointment with her, and I’d honestly recommend her to anyone!!!

Well, what can I say. After reading reviews for numerous massage facilities, I decided to book with Yasmin and I wasn't disappointed. Yasmin was very friendly when I arrived at her cosy salon in Hall Green - its small but cute and has a lovely atmosphere. She also locked the door while we were in there (I was the only customer at the time) which helped to feel secure. The room itself was great and she has also thought through small things I've noticed missing at other salons like a paper lined soft bath mat to stand on getting dressed (very important when you've got oil on your feet!) And fairy lights for an ambient glow. The music was loud enough to drown out any nearby traffic but not too loud which was great. The room had only a curtain so if there were other customers at the time, the noise may have travelled through but it wasn't the case for me today. I booked a 1hour full body massage and it was heaven. Yasmin was very responsive to my needs and pressure preference, and it felt both relaxing and therapeutic. She was very respectful when I wanted to focus just on breathing and used a lovely blend of essential oil during the treatment. The treatment itself was excellent value for money and I really can't fault it at all. Thanks, Yasmin, for a lovely experience, I'll be back for sure :)
