I had the shellac manicure and pedicure done, within 1 day half of my nail brook an within 3 days, 4 other nails came off an my toe nails. As I was on holidays I couldn't go back to get it redone and had to spend my holiday trying to find somewhere. I asked for a refund but not heard back. I would avoid this place!

Shocking.. Got a voucher for shellac only because of the good reviews (I now realize that most of them are written by profiles with no other reviews), turned out to be a foolish decision. Booking- they don't answer the phone and ask for text messages which nobody replies to, so making an appointment is such a hassle. Service- the so called nail technician doesn't speak or understand English, and doesn't seem to understand her job either. Out of ten nails, I ended up with six different shapes, nail polish all over cuticles and my skin sticked to the nails. The polish itself was old and thick which made it even worse. It took one hour and twenty minutes for something normally done for less than an hour. Atmosphere- worn out with no visible effort for maintenance, questionable if meets hygiene standards. Yes, maybe they're good for some treatments, but definitely not manicure. Finally, it's true that you get what you pay for..

The kindest beautician ever I discovered beauty dream on wowcher when looking for a present for my mother. We went yesterday and Vanessa was the loveliest lady ever! We felt so welcome, the service was brilliant and honestly worth every single penny! Love the results - amazing massage and my manicure and pedicure were incredible! My mother had a brilliant time too! Would definitely recommend and return!

I’ve been using this beauty salon for some time for various beauty treatments. I’m always made to feel welcome and comfortable, and I always leave happy. I had my nails done by Tina for the first time today. She’s absolutely lovely and friendly. Tina helped me with my colour selection, I explained what kind of look I wanted and suggestions she made were perfect. Tina paid great attention to detail and took time to explain what she needed me to do. I’m very happy with the results. This was a treat to myself for my upcoming birthday. I’ll be back!

I don't usually write reviews but thought this salon really deserved it's five stars. I had a full hour Swedish massage which was relaxing and made me feel good. It helped with arthritis & muscle pains, I felt 'lighter' and had a more productive week! I decided to come back the next week and the massage was even better! This time I was able to tell Tina what to do more of and what to do less of. In the first massage I just wanted to experience what Swedish massage was. Tina totally catered to my specific needs (I needed longer on lower body and didn't want the tummy massage). I liked that the salon was small and cosy. Tina is very friendly and accommodating, I felt comfortable. She didn't rush and gave the full hours massage. I was also very happy with the communication; Vanessa got back to me very quickly and responded to all my texts and arranged appointments quickly. I would gladly return as a regular.
