I had seen some past reviews saying that they cancelled at the last second and saw they were old reviews so hoped it wouldn't happen to me. Ispent my WFH day to get this treatment only to get cancelled at the last minute. I am not sure they take their customers seriously and I will not risk booking this salon again

I had an amazing experience at Beauty Marble Arch for the HIFU facial today. The salon provides a top-tier service and they are so knowledgeable about their treatments and the technology behind it. The machines here are state of the art & I cannot wait to come back and try more of the treatments! I can already see the lift in my face and skin which is so exciting. I had an exceptional experience from my very first phone call to my initial appointment! I was warmly greeted by Adam, who provided a comprehensive introduction to the various treatments available and explained everything in detail. I never felt pressured or as though they were trying to sell me services; instead, I felt empowered to make my own choices. Once I decided on my treatments, I was handed over to the wonderful Marta, who performed everything with professionalism and great care. If you are looking for a laid-back, relaxed treatment venue, this is the place! It is within proximity of Putney high street and ran by the gorgeous and fun Marta and team, they offer great holistic advice for your skin to suit your lifetime and to implement changes to it that will benefit you long-term, to feed your skin and mind. They use the best plant-based products that work instead of marketed more harsh products that may provide results but are quick fixes only. Here you get the advice and the beauty : ) Thank you!
