I wanted to get a treatment for my face and I was able to find this particular beauty salon. It is about 3 minutes walk from Euston Square stop on the Metropolitan Line. I had an appointment I booked online but I was running late. Instead refusing me, the staff was really understanding and helpful which was a massive relief. The treatment itself was done thoroughly and with impeccable professionalism! Each step was explained and the treatment time respected. A massive thank you.

I have been having laser at the angel branch for quite some time. My favourite therapist is Margaret, she is so professional, efficient and good at her job. I'm a nurse and work a lot so I'm often in a rush and I find her efficiency amazing without compromising on the quality of the service. I'm always happy to have her as my therapist when I arrive for my laser session. We have a good chat and I have trust that she knows what she is doing. I wouldn't have continued my laser with Beauty and Melody if it wasn't for her high quality service.

I have been coming to Beauty & Melody for laser treatment since they first opened and I have to say they have really stepped up their game in recent years both in terms of professionalism of the staff and the quality of the treatments. I have had Margaret as a therapist for the past year and a bit and she has been absolutely brilliant. She’s very thorough with the treatment and also very friendly and professional. The receptionist is also very friendly, polite and easy to deal with. They both make my monthly visits quite pleasurable. Keep up the great work ladies.
