Ewelina has been doing my Hydra Facials for just over a year now... with all the treatments I've had with her she's always friendly, a perfectionist at everything she does and always makes sure you look and feel amazing! I 1000% recommend Ewelina 😁

I went for a pregnancy massage, it was meant to be 1hr but she definitely started late so was 50min! + it was only my back that was massaged, didn’t really spend time on my arms/legs. Definitely not worth the money that I paid. I wouldn’t go back.

Don't trust the rating on Treatwell!! They don't have proper equipment for removing gel manicure! Offering this service makes you assume they will do a good job. The lady doing manicures is lovely, not her fault, unless it's her own place.. 😅 I wasted almost 1 hour for her to try and remove my manicure, at the end I left crying, halfway through and booked urgently somewhere else.

I just had 2 skin tags removed and Hydro facial, I was absolutely positively surprised by both treatments. I was looked after and I felt very comfortable. The salon is very clean with relaxing atmosphere. All staff were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Extra points are for heated blanket which I got provided during my facial. Highly recommend! Thank you team Serendipity for looking after me today

I had my nails done on Saturday the 11th and on Wednesday 15th, two nails completely peeled off. I wasn't going to leave a review because I loved Ewelina. Don't believe that was her problem, but rather the brand of nail polish. I've been making gel manicure for a long time and it always lasts around 3 weeks. I like the place, how I was treated but the price is not worthy. They can use better brands.
