I booked for a microdermabrasion celebrity facial through wowcher- the price was nice but nothing else was 😭 Hema was nice but I don’t think she has much experience doing facials- she used tissue on my face multiple times. I also believe the st ives apricot scrub was used which has been shown to cause microtears in the skin. No toners or serums were used and everything was done in a harsh and abrasive way. Other treatments may be good but I think facials should only be done with a lot more experience/ training and research on good products otherwise clients risk triggering breakouts or acne.

Hema has provided me laser hair removal on full body. It has provided extremely good results right after the first session, about 2 weeks after the treatment. I purchased an excellent Groupon offer for a laser lipolysis, radiofrequency and ultrasonic cavitation session with Beauty Sculpt, Burnt Oak. I was really happy with the service provided by Hema. She was informative and professional. The treatment was comprehensive and I received the full hour even though it was a Groupon offer - there were no shortcuts.
