I had a disappointing experience. I recently visited as a walk-in and was happy to wait, but after waiting for a long time, the service felt rushed and the threading was uncomfortable, harsh, and painful. The staff member appeared impatient and unfriendly, mentioning that priority was given to customers with bookings. I would not recommend walk-ins, as the experience and level of service did not feel the same. Better communication and professionalism would have made a significant difference.

I had such a lovely experience with Ms. Sheetal! She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and gave me a haircut that suits me perfectly. I always come here for touch ups throughout the year. I only get my haircut done by Sheetal, she knows my hair and does exactly what I want and what is best for my hair. I always leave happy with my trim :)

Had an amazing experience. I booked in for oxygen facial and eyebrow threading. Both were done by Zainab (zainiee) loved everything to bits. She was sweet yet professional. This was my first experience but for sure will go back for other services too. Overall, the salon was clean and everyone was accommodating. Also there prices are reasonable too!

I would have given 0 if there is an option to do so. Please don't go to the Salon, a big NO from my side if you want to save your hard earned money. I went there for permanent hair straightening last Saturday after getting all the details of costing. For hair till shoulders she asked me for 130 pounds and asked 50 pounds advance which I transferred immediately. I knew they are charging more but still I wanted to get it done so I accepted. Procedure took almost 2.5 to 3hrs and they asked me to wash hair coming Tues. When I washed the hair they all went back to normal like nothing was done and all my money has wasted. I contacted them again but no reply since then. They are not at all professional and doesn't care once customer is gone. I don't know how review will going to impact them but please DON'T GO THERE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY and unnecessary torture your hair in strong chemicals which anyways will not going to work. Adding the photos of my hair just after the procedure(photo 1) and after the wash(photo 2). I was contacted by beauty suite the day after I posted the review and told me they couldn't connect because management was away. They offered permanent straightening again by loreal professional which I refused. So, in order to fix the situation they are providing me voucher which can be used within 4 months on any of their services. I am yet to receive the voucher though but I want to call out here that they are in touch with me since then and trying to rectify the situation.
