I had such a great experience with Mumtaz at Beauty Zone! Her waxing technique was absolutely spot on—it was the most pain-free wax I’ve ever had. She was so gentle, made sure the wax was the perfect temperature for my sensitive skin, and finished with a soothing oil that left my skin feeling amazing. I'd give zero stars if possible!!! My 13 year old daughter went in today with a picture of a beautiful choppy, feathered hair do and came out looking like a divorced 47 year old woman with an awful Karen bob!! Not a layer or feathering in sight. Absolutely disgraceful! Fringe is awful and half way up her forehead too and way too much length taken off so can't even get her hair fixed by anyone else as too much hair has gone. You have ruined my daughters hair!!!!
