The staff here are absolutely lovely, and I highly recommend them! However, I did want to mention that the store really needs air conditioning. During my appointment, I was boiling hot. They were using a fan, but it wasn't working well and was just blowing warm air directly onto my feet. Great service, but the temperature control definitely needs an upgrade!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my haircut here. First of all I found it so rude for the hairdressers to be speaking a different language throughout my appointment when they were talking about my hair. I asked for a balayage with the top fading into my normal hair as I am a uni student and can’t afford the upkeep of getting my roots retouched, but they added highlights at the root without my knowledge and proceeded to charge me £20 extra for this. They also cut layers without my knowledge which has ruined my hair for the time being as I have fine and thin hair. At the end of my appointment they curled my hair extremely tightly which was not something I asked for or wanted as I am trying not to use heat on my hair. They then went and took photos without my knowledge and posted on their social media without my consent. Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hairdressers and I will absolutely not be going here again, I highly suggest others not to go here either.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. As a hijab-wearing Muslim woman, privacy is extremely important to me. During my appointment, photos/videos were taken and posted on social media without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I asked for permission to be photographed or to have my image shared online. This caused me significant distress and made me feel that my privacy and religious beliefs were not respected. I believe businesses should always obtain clear consent before posting clients’ photos on social media. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and unable to recommend this salon.

I went to Bella Beauty to have keratin done on my hair. The whole team were very professional, especially Nyhayat and Emel. They were very gentle with my hair and extremely friendly. I didn’t have to wait at the salon, and there were no delays with my appointment. I have been a regular customer for 15+ years and I would highly recommend to everyone. I love the results and will definitely be back! As well as keratin, I also get my hair cut, blowdry, eyebrow thread, lash lift! Thanks for the amazing service 10/10 all round xx

Extremely disappointed with both the quality and the customer service. My gel nails started peeling off within 24 hours, and all came off, which is completely unacceptable. I contacted the salon to resolve this and was offered a complimentary treatment, but only in Cardiff, despite me not being local. When I explained this and asked for a reasonable alternative, I was ignored. The lack of accountability and follow-up says everything. Poor workmanship and even poorer handling of a legitimate complaint. I wouldn’t recommend.

I had such an amazing experience with this service! I did a keratin and collagen treatment, and I was a little bit confused and worried at first that after washing my hair it might become dry or lose its straight look. But even after washing it twice, it still looks incredibly soft, shiny, and straight—I absolutely love the results. I’m hoping Sana was the one who did my hair, as she is such a kind soul and a very hardworking woman. Her effort truly shows in the quality of the work. Thank you again for the wonderful service. I’ve been to many salons in my life and i’ve never had as good of an experience as i had here. They were so so friendly, the hair wash made me feel like i was being transported to heaven it was so relaxing, and even though i was the whitest person in the building i felt so welcomed. There was a slight language barrier between me and my hairstylist, and yet she still managed to deliver exactly what i asked for better than any fluent english hairdresser i’ve ever had. I am so happy that i genuinely jumped for joy (and my hair bounced beautifully with me because of how incredible the blowout is). 100000% recommend i am so so happy. If you’re after layers and a beautiful bouncy blowout combined with an incredible smell, service, and price then definitely go here.
