Whilst Debbie gives you fantastic results, she is very unreliable. I had two reschedules on her part then after booking my appointment for a third time, I turned up and the salon was closed.When I booked the appointment i asked if an hour was enough time and she said yes so I rearranged my entire weekend and plans for a third time for this appointment. I waited 15 minutes outside the shop that was closed and she then suggested I reschedule because she couldn’t do the job within the remaining 45 minutes since she was running late. I think she gives tremendous results but her reliability and timeliness means I will never visit again nor will I advise anyone to book if they have a special event or occasion. It’s a shame as I would have absolutely been a loyal customer for years. I felt like my time isn’t valued by her and the stress of having to find a last minute tech who can help has really made my experience much worse. Edit: I was offered free treatment but declined because I didn’t have confidence that the appointment would occur on time as the previous three didn’t.

Debbie is absolutely amazing at what she does! I’ve been coming to her for Botox treatments for a while now, and every experience has been fantastic. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. What really sets Debbie apart is how accommodating and dedicated she is to her clients. On several occasions, she’s stayed past closing time just so I could make my appointment after work and get my Botox done. That level of care and commitment is so rare to find these days, and it shows how much she genuinely values her clients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. If you’re looking for someone skilled, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile, Debbie is the person to see. Highly recommend!

First time to do a brow lamination with Debbie and it was a fab process all throughout! Explained the process well and was lovely to talk to. My brows are feeling lush and alive again. Can’t wait for it to be on its full lamination mode after 48 hrs. I am excited to have my lashes done by her as well! Thanks again Debbie and more power!

I had the pleasure of visiting Debbie at Bella Lash Brow on Brixton Road last month, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! As a recent newcomer to the area, I initially popped in for a thread and tinting but after chatting with Debbie, I was convinced to begin an aesthetic journey that I had never considered before. Debbie's passion for her work is evident, and her expertise made me feel completely at ease. I decided to go ahead with a skin booster for under my eyes and my face, as well as Botox for the first time at almost 60 years old! Debbie reassured me that the Botox would be soft and subtle, and she was absolutely right! The results exceeded my expectations, giving me a fresh and rejuvenated look while still looking natural. Throughout the process, I felt genuinely cared for, and her professional demeanor made the entire experience delightful. What really inspired me was reading about Debbie's personal journey and how she evolved into the skilled technician she is today. Her story reflects her dedication and hard work and I’m so happy to have found this gem in my new area. I can't wait to return for eyelash extensions and possibly even micro-blading for an upcoming wedding! Debbie is not only talented but also incredibly easy to talk to. This was my first time seeing Debbie after I couldn’t make my usual Botox appointment. I’ve been having injectables for around three years, so I’m not new to treatments. Debbie herself was pleasant, and I will say that the lip filler was less painful than I usually experience. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. I normally have 0.5ml of lip filler, but Debbie injected 0.7ml. I raised concerns at the time as this is around 40% more than I usually have. I was reassured that it was because I hadn’t had a top-up in a while and that it would settle. While the swelling did go down, the result is uneven and the left side of my lip is noticeably larger - and still is. My lips are overall slightly bigger than I'd like. The aftercare was extremely poor. Debbie had been unwell and cancelled a follow-up appointment, which I was completely understanding about. She told me to rebook for the Monday. When I attended on Monday, the shop was closed and I couldn’t reach her at all. She also mentioned she would consult with her trainers, which was concerning as it isn’t made clear on Treatwell when booking that she is training - something I only became aware of after the procedures had already been done. I was deeply unhappy with both the lip filler result and the lack of aftercare. I also had two Botox appointments, as it was her first time injecting me. There was no warning beforehand that her technique involves many small injections. While I understand this can be a valid approach, I personally found it very uncomfortable, with the needle going in repeatedly far more than I’ve experienced previously. Unfortunately, the Botox also hasn’t held well - my forehead has returned to how it looked before treatment, and it’s only been a couple of months. Overall, I wouldn’t return. I felt compelled to write this review because of how unhappy I’ve been with both the results and the follow-up. I would advise others to think carefully before booking and hope Debbie takes this feedback on board to improve her practice. The treatment wasn’t significantly cheaper than what I’ve paid elsewhere, and my usual practitioner — a nurse with 30 years’ experience — was incredibly supportive and gave me much better advice when I wasn’t able to get any response from Debbie.
