I would be very wary of purchasing vouchers through Groupon or Wowcher for this place. I bought a voucher through Wowcher and tried repeatedly to contact the company - left messages etc and no one ever got back to me. In the end I had to get Wowcher involved and they even tried to contact her and got nowhere! If you look at some of the other reviews many people are having the same issue! In the end I complained to Wowcher and got a refund. Very unprofessional company.

Fantastic place Jayne was awesome went from having hardly any brows to the most beautiful brows I have ever had I would not go anywhere else so professional and friendly would highly recommend

Jayne was nice to speak to in terms of being warm and bubbly but unfortunately my experience wasn't great. I tried to make this appointment a few times but was told the diary wasn't near so could they call me back which they didn't so I had to insist on the third time that I get booked in as I didn't want my voucher to expire. When turned up for the appointment no one was there, and I tried calling the business about 15 times and messaged and got nothing until I was called 45 minutes after the treatment should have started by which time I was on the way home. She did apologize but insisted she sent me a message to cancel which I somehow never got and offered me a free treatment to get along with my rescheduled appointment. When I finally had my appointment, the treatment lasted a grand total of 25 minutes, as opposed to the advertised 45 - 60 minutes and I felt rushed out the door. No mention of being sorry again for what happened a couple of days ago even though I told her I had driven over an hour to get there and paid £10 in parking for on one to be there, and no mention of the complimentary treatment. I did enjoy speaking to her as she seemed very nice but at the end of the day I am a paying customer and the level of service was not professional, and this is coming from someone who has worked in the beauty industry before.
