This experience was extremely disappointing and misleading. I visited this salon as a walk-in after checking their website, which listed the haircut price as £38. On arrival, I clearly asked at the entrance how much a haircut would be and was told £35. Based on this confirmation, I agreed to proceed. The service (wash + haircut) took around 30–40 minutes. During this time, no tea or coffee was offered. When another customer arrived and was offered a drink, I had to ask myself and was given tap water only. At the end, I was suddenly charged £55. When I questioned this, I was told after the fact that £35 was the “men’s cut price”. This was never explained beforehand, nor was any women’s pricing clearly disclosed at the point of agreement. This is not acceptable practice. For New Malden, £55 for a basic haircut with no added service and misleading pricing is unreasonable. Transparency and honesty are essential in customer service, and unfortunately this salon failed on both. I only paid because my parking time was about to expire and I felt pressured. I would strongly advise others to AVOID!!!

I booked an appointment and they clashed with 3 other clients who were also getting their hair done. I felt rushed and unattended. I got the worst hair results. They didn’t use heat protection and my hair feels dry and fried. I got a wash but my hair to the touch was oily afterwards.

I had the most amazing experience getting my YUKO hair straightening treatment done with Mr Kim and his wonderful team! From start to finish, everything was so professional and friendly. Mr Kim is truly a hair genius my hair has never looked so sleek, smooth, and healthy. A special shoutout to handsome David, who was so friendly and made the whole experience even better with his kindness and sense of humour! Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so comfortable and for transforming my hair it’s absolutely phenomenal. I can’t stop looking at it! I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about trying the YUKO treatment.

It was my first time at the salon and I left very satisfied! The lady was kind and attentive—she gave me a lovely layered cut that made my hair look healthier while keeping the same length, just as I wanted. The service included a wash, cut, and blow-dry for £55, which I found reasonable for the quality. Would definitely recommend.
