so friendly, welcoming, and they make you feel at home from the very first moment. The service is flawless, everything is done with so much care and love… you can truly feel how passionate they are about what they do! I literally travel 1 hour and a half just to go to them — and I would do it again and again because it is SO worth it!!! Unfortunately, my experience at Big House Bronze Spa was disappointing. My privacy was not respected during the service, which is unacceptable for this type of establishment. This falls below the standards required under UK consumer law. I have raised a formal complaint and hope the matter will be addressed appropriately.
