This place does not know how to do blow drys. Before we even started she started blaming my hair, saying things like “I’ll see what I can do with your hair”. I wanted swoops, not curls, but she kept creating curls using a small brush. I suggested she use a bigger brush - she should have known that. She tried to use straighteners (which you shouldn’t need to if you’re skilled with a blow dryer) but STILL couldn’t achieve the look. She said it was finished, but it looks frizzy and there was this weird parting between front and back. She said it was for volume? I had to fix it myself. The blow dry stayed for about ten minutes. There was a bit which quiffed at the front. It was worse than something I could have achieved at home. She said if I had a hair cut and got layers she would be able to do a better job? Lol. I’ve had many blow drys before that is completely nonsense and tbh offensive. Outrageous to charge £60 for a skill you do not have. For reference I’ve posted photos of what the inspo (to show you how uncomplicated it was) and what my hair looked like less than 30 minutes later (brunette).

Came for a 30 min deep tissue massage and booked via class pass. Super simple and Nicola was the best! Super friendly and great massage ! Even accidentally left my jewelry there and safely retrieved it the next day :) would recommend !

I got a dark caramel balayage done and I swear I feel like a different person, everyone was so lovely there. Aliyah was my hair stylist and she’s a PROFESSIONAL at balayage she did an absolute AMAZING JOB IM SO HAPPY. Definitely recommend

This was my second time booking with Aliyah, and once again, she exceeded my expectations! 😍 I showed her an inspiration picture of the look I wanted, and not only did she nail it, but she made it even better than I imagined. I decided last minute to ask for curtain bangs, and she was so accommodating—she took her time to make sure they turned out perfect.
