I came to Bonita London to have PRP hair treatment for my thinning scalp. The staff were very knowledgable and professional. I was extremely impressed with the procedure. I thoroughly recommend Bonita to anyone who has ever considered Botox but too afraid to dive in. I pondered over the idea for months but didn’t know where to turn and I guess was too afraid to do it despite wanting it. A friend of mine recommended Bonita and so I decided to go for it. From the get go, I felt comfortable with my decision as the Aesthetic Practitioners were so understanding and professional when I called to book in. The consultation made me feel all the more at ease as they answered all my questions and concerns and explained the process from start to finish. Throughout the Botox treatment, they assured me by explaining as they went along, and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Drinks and refreshments are on hand. The clinic was very clean and the room has a good atmosphere. I was very happy with my treatment! Everything that was explained was as expected and I am in love with the result! I was well informed of the aftercare but knew I could speak to the Practitioners if I had any further questions. I have just booked in for my review as I’ve got the Bonita bug!!
