Had some amazing treatment done today at bridal beauty lounge Wythenshawe by Azita Spent a good few hrs there, we talked about our hoildays and made me feel like a princess for the day. Some well needed me time was spent well. Come out a looking and feeling a different person.

I made an appointment for today at 11am and paid in advance.At approximately 9am I get an email saying my appointment had been rescheduled to 1pm.I couldn’t attend at this time because I have a hospital appointment. I rang the salon and asked why they couldn’t do it at 11am and was told they were too busy and could I attend the salon in Cheadle!I said no as I don’t drive and was told close to my hospital appointment. The lady apologised and I told her to cancel it and refund me. Ten minutes later I get a phone call asking me to come in for 11 and they’ll fit me in.I get there at 11 to be told to come back later because they were busy at this point I asked if she was joking because I had come from out the area.l asked them why they booked my appointment if they were so busy,also why reschedule an appointment without asking me first if it was suitable.Then ask me to get there at the original time to then ask me to come back later! I then said forget it and give me a refund.She then rang someone who I was supposed to wait to come to the salon to authorise a refund. I waited outside and my refund came through shortly after. I previously had an amazing hot stone massage here and it was amazing. This has put me off and I won’t be back.I work full time and this has been a waste of my time and I’m out of pocket for the cost of getting there.Absolutely shambolic.

I had such a great experience at this salon! Hadis was my nail technician, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, patient, and very professional throughout the whole process. She paid great attention to detail and made sure I was completely happy with my nails. I got a full set, and the result turned out beautiful, clean, and exactly what I wanted. Can't recommend these ladies enough. Beautiful salon, fantastic treatment, professional approach and friendly staff. I had a morning of different treatments for my birthday - the care and attention I was given was amazing. Laila was extremely diligent and so fantastic! She met me at the door wishing me a happy birthday which made me feel very special. I had a pedicure, manicure, massage and haircut as well as threading. My treatment went amazingly and I would recommend these ladies any day. I had micro needling and anti wrinkles for the first time. I also had dermaplaning too Mehak done them for me. It went even better than I expected and I was very comfortable.
