    I've booked an initial appointment as they had an offer and wanted to try this place on. Went to the salon pretty excited but was treated by semi invested receptionist with the face that said "I don't want to be here". This I would let go, I'm not very petty, but then i was taken to one of the rooms. Omg how dirty this place was! Thick layer of dust on the surfaces, wax stuck to the chair I sat on, even the entrance door looked like it needed a good scrub. At least they used single use paper cover on the chair, which was good. The beautician was polite, explained the treatment that would need to be booked (this was review only) and encouraged to do so. I did initially when I left the room,with that not inviting-faced receptionist, but later called and cancelled. Felt like there is so many places nowadays, I don't need to stick to the one I feel uncomfortable at. Before the salon will reply unpolitely, like they seem to have a habit of, anything but hygiene and cleanliness should be compromised. Won't return.

    Very bad salon as I had treatment ( pedicure and manicure in the Coldharbour Road ) ,by Shannon on the 27/11/2025 , her way of treatment was very bad in both her attitude towards me when she had injured my left big toes from front and back, without any apology and also her work was very poor as she had cut my finger nails in different lengths and shapes. I contacted the salon and their response after many days was to refund the money for pedicure without any apology, they are very rude people.

    The nail technician was lovely and very accommodating of me when I had to disappear halfway through my appt to feed my newborn who was being looked after by mum in a nearby cafe. However, the receptionist was very rude and said that if I didn’t come back within 20 minutes, they couldn’t hold my appt, I couldn’t come back on another day and reminded me that my £89 deposit was non-refundable so I would lose it if I didn’t come back within that time. I fully appreciate that I had to disappear quickly, but my nail technician was entirely happy to wait and had no other clients waiting behind me. I was clearly distressed as I could hear my baby crying hysterically on the phone but the receptionist seemed to feel it appropriate to make me feel guilty and make a real point of saying that if I couldn’t come back in time, I would lose my deposit. I am perfectly happy with my manicure and the technician doing it, but I’m afraid I will not be returning to this salon as I was made to feel like an inconvenience by the very rude receptionist.
