Had a high wax, 30min massage and pedicure. All so well-timed and professional. The facilities are very clean and neat. The service was friendly and efficient. Was so thankful for the airconditioner too on such a hot day. What a wonderful treat!

I’ve been getting monthly gel manicures for several years, so I’m very familiar with what to expect in terms of both service and durability. Unfortunately, this was the poorest experience and result I’ve had to date. During the appointment, I spent 5–10 minutes assisting the staff in locating the specific colors I requested on the wall. When I was unsure about the shades, no guidance or suggestions were offered, even when I referenced photos and described the shades I was looking for. Immediately after the manicure was completed, I noticed visible quality issues: air bubbles in the polish, uneven edges along the nail line, and smudging between layers. I also pointed out a distinct stripe down the center of one nail. I was told this was caused by my hand touching the dryer; however, to me and my friend the pattern did not appear consistent with that explanation. Rather than examining or correcting the issue, the responsibility was placed on me, which felt unprofessional. Unfortunately this seems to echo other reviews from this establishment. I left the salon feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Within one week, the gel began peeling. I ultimately had to have the manicure removed because it no longer looked presentable. For a gel service, that level of durability is significantly below standard expectations. Based on both the service experience and the outcome, I cannot recommend this salon.

I’ve had many pedicures over the years, in different salons and different countries, and this was by far the worst one I’ve experienced. There was almost no removal of dry skin — no proper scrubbing, no foot scrub, and no use of a normal file to remove dead skin. Instead, a purple sponge-like tool was used, which was completely ineffective. When the bucket was emptied, I was even asked to check my heels myself — and there was still visible dead skin. I get regular pedicures, so there wasn’t much to remove to begin with, which makes this even more disappointing. During the treatment, my cuticle was cut and started bleeding. I also had to guide the technician throughout the entire process. What was meant to be a relaxing Sunday afternoon turned into me explaining how a pedicure should be done. When I gave honest feedback to another staff member, instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that I “need a medical pedicure” (which they don’t offer), that the sponge tool they use isn’t very effective at removing dead skin — and yet they still use it — and that the experience may not have been great because the technician doesn’t speak much English. None of these are acceptable explanations. If a tool doesn’t work, it shouldn’t be used. A basic foot file costs a few pounds. And language barriers should never translate into poor service or a client being injured. I paid £40 and didn’t ask for a gesture at the time because I didn’t want to ruin my day further, but this service was absolutely not worth the price. Going forward, when a client raises concerns, it would be far better to acknowledge the feedback and focus on improving the service, rather than making excuses.

Best nail salon ever! I enjoyed the overall process, my tech was so kind and amazing. Everything was clean, good room temperature and the music was on point! Best of all, my nails look amazing! I got a light pink colour and I love how they turned out! I live just around the corner so will be coming to this place regularly! I highly recommend this salon! Thank you BBS! ❤️

Came here for my first ever microneedling session, and I was beyond happy with the service I received! Ogy has been in the beauty business for a long time, and answered all of my questions about microneedling and aftercare thoroughly and with patience. The premises is very clean, and it's a wonderfully soothing environment. I'm looking forward to the relationship I'll build with this business, and to try all of the services they have to offer!
