I had an appointment with Rish. I came here for my first wax, It's hard to tell if the lady who did my wax was untrained or just a horrible person. Due to health problems I have a lot of body hair, which I was shamed for at the appointment. I turned up for my appointment and she said that my leg hair was long, I asked if I should come back another time and she said no, it's fine and then proceeded to wax me literally until I bled. She told me that bleeding was normal and naively I let her continue out of desperation to be rid of the hair. I was anxious and self conscious so I let her proceed with the treatment. I lightly touched her wrist to ask her to stop as she forcefully ripped the wax off. She gave me a dirty look and said "don't touch me" I was shocked and concerned and wanted to leave but I already had wax in me that needed to be removed. The lady who accompanied her however was more kind and understanding than she was. I have since been for waxes in other spas and beauty salons and have never had such an awful experience. I hope she isn't still working there.. what a bully of a woman. I felt completely violated.

I had a fantastic laser session at Camden Beauty Spa. Jina was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She explained every step clearly, checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable, and her experience really showed in the quality of her work. I felt completely at ease and well taken care of. Highly recommend Jina and the spa for anyone considering laser treatments.

Got gel nails here for the first time, horrible experience. The staff clearly didn’t have much experience doing gel nails, were very slow, were unprofessional (kept talking in their own language after I asked them if they could be a bit faster). They also didn’t paint the full nails, there’s a clear gap which normally shows after the nails grow out after a few days. And when I was ready to pay, they added a £10 charge for removal of gel that I had on my toes. Overall poor service, which is a shame because I do laser sessions regularly.

I just went and got my eyebrows waxed after waiting weeks to be able to do this Bianca who seen me today was so friendly, and smiley. She explained what she was doing every minute asking if I’m okay asking about my day, telling me about her background. Honestly if you need waxing or beauty hit up Bianca at Camden. As she does laser as well may have to come back if that’s the treatment I got with her she’s a keeper thanks Bianca ♥️

Needed a last minute manicure and found this amazing place. Super good prices, excellent service, and I love how they did my nails, the hand massage was amazing. They do treatments as well and by the amount of women I saw getting into the treatment room, they must be good. Would get my nails done there again, very good experience.
