I had a very disappointing experience with Cavendish Clinic and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. I initially underwent CoolSculpting treatment, which produced zero results. Following this, I was offered either a refund or an alternative treatment at a different branch. I chose to proceed with the alternative treatment, but unfortunately, this also did not work at all. Despite this, the clinic refused to issue a refund. I also repeatedly requested: My before/after photos and copies of the documents I signed. These were never provided, despite being entitled to them. When I raised the issue with the manager at the branch where I received the second treatment, they refused any refund outright. Due to the lack of resolution, I had no choice but to take legal action. I obtained a County Court Judgment and submitted a warrant of control. Bailiffs have already visited the premises, but I have not yet recovered my money. I will continue to pursue this matter. Overall, this experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. Customers may also wish to conduct their own due diligence regarding the business and its associated companies. VERY IMPORTANT: According to publicly available insolvency records, a related company connected with the business entered creditors' voluntary liquidation in 2026. The liquidators reported cash assets of approximately £9,000, claims from HMRC of around £170,000, and unsecured creditor claims exceeding £550,000!!!, together with numerous trade creditors. Prospective customers considering expensive treatments or advance payments may wish to review the Companies House and insolvency records for themselves before making a decision.

Paid in full online through Treatwell after this clinic showed availability for the next day. When I arrived, I was told they “weren’t expecting me” because they hadn’t checked their third-party bookings, meaning they couldn’t carry out the treatment. It has now been 5 days and I still have not received my refund for a mistake entirely on the clinic’s side. Although they offered me a discount off the service, that doesn’t really fix the inconvenience, stress, and time wasted trying to get my money back. The whole experience has come across extremely disorganised and honestly quite dodgy, especially as I’ve now had to ask my bank to contact them regarding the refund. Never expected it to be this difficult to get refunded for an appointment the clinic failed to honour themselves.

Don’t waste your money! You won’t get it back… I paid £2000 to treat my outer thighs, inner thighs and ‘banana’ areas (under the bum) with cool sculpt. I measured myself the day of the treatment and again 2 months after and there wasn’t even a millimetre difference. At my review the therapist tried to tell me she could she a small improvement on the outer thigh (I couldn’t see it and the measurement tape couldn’t either) but she acknowledged there was no improvement on the inner thighs which she said was an area ‘difficult to treat’ (something I hadn’t been told beforehand). I asked for my money back - on the inner thighs at least - but was refused. I’m incredibly disappointed and out of pocket. Honestly - don’t waste your money on this. You may as well burn it instead. EDIT- I’ve noticed when people post bad reviews the clinic responds as though they want to help sort it out (as they did with my review). Well not only did they refuse to help directly when I went for my treatment review, bur I tried to follow up with them afterwards (as per their response to my review) and have heard nothing back - so it’s all for show.
