Saw Iman for a PR and Hydro - this is a woman that clearly knows her stuff well. She was professional in her treatment and I felt I was in good safe hands with great advice given. However, she takes a while to respond to messages, she previously cancelled my appointment twice, kept me waiting twice once I arrived (think she was on her phone) *All in all her work is great and professional, and she is very polite.

Very disappointing experience. The massage was extremely unprofessional. The therapist spent much of the session sitting down and even listening to her phone while massaging, which made it feel rushed and careless. It was uncomfortable, not relaxing at all, and far below what I would expect from a paid service. I raised my concerns with the owner afterward, expecting at least an apology or some effort to address the situation, but nothing was done. The lack of response and accountability made the experience even worse. Both the quality of the massage and the customer service were unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

Had a wowcher voucher for an hours full body massage. Upon arriving the therapist looked very pre occupied, as I entered I was not asked for my name or given any forms to fill out. I stated the time of my appointment and was shown to the room no other words exchanged. During my massage the therapist was so busy on her phone which constantly kept going off. Even stopped my massage on a few occasions so she could reply. Such an unprofessional service that lasted 45 minutes and not even the full duration stated.

Upon arrival I was not asked any questions or given a form to fill out. I was having a hydrafacial and Morpheus 8 treatment for the first time with a voucher. The facial was lovely, the Morpheus 8 was agony! The therapist did not provide numbing cream. I should have followed my instincts and walked out. Upon leaving I tried asking the owner some questions but she was on a private phone call which I felt was rude. Awful experience which I will not be repeating!

I had an incredible experience at this beauty clinic. I went in for teeth whitening and hair removal, and the results were amazing. Gabriela, the employee who worked with me, was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Booked with Chelsea Aesthetic, was given an initial time, then later was changed on the day of treatment. I was left with not much time to prepare for this earlier appointment. On arriving slightly late, I was told I cannot have any treatment for myself or my guest and there was no compromising on a refund or to revisit, due to my late arrival. There were no one else in the shop & no one came in the 15minutes we were there. Both members of staff were absolutely rude.

Had a treatment by Imane, the owner who was knowledgeable and skilled. With years of experience and so friendly. Running multiple businesses full time and a family, whilst looking glamorous. Grateful to meet such a strong inspiring lady. She generously offered more treatment than I had paid for, and was openly honest about not charging me for treatments I would not benefit from. They have great offers on treatment as they've recently opened, so go early before they become more popular!!! Will ded come back
