Extremely uncomfortable experience and I will not return. As I arrived for my laser appointment, I overheard the owner commenting on my appearance before I had even entered the clinic. I ignored it and went inside asking for my usual female technician. The owner then pretended he would be doing my Hollywood laser treatment himself, even introducing himself using my technician’s name as a joke. Considering the nature of the treatment, this felt completely inappropriate. When I reacted with obvious discomfort, he laughed and asked, “Did you get scared?” I replied, “No, you just were not going to be the one doing my laser.” Very uncomfortable and unacceptable behaviour from the owner himself.

Scam, had laser sessions that never worked. Then they stopped answering emails before the package I paid for was complete

I went to 9 laser sessions and I didn't see any results, maybe I only saw10 or 20% results, I lost both my time and my fee, and I have to start all over again somewhere else, it's a shame that they don't accept any responsibility. I do not recommend there to anyone.

I had my visit at this salon last Wednesday, the lady Deja Stojanovic done absolutely amazing job, I never had such a nice highlights before. Extremely happy and thank you so much. Definitely come back!
