I visited this clinic for heat wave-related skin issues (skin peeling, redness, and pigmentation). I chose a private clinic instead of a government hospital expecting better, more attentive care and a quick recovery. However, without doing any proper tests or examination, they somehow persuaded me to buy their products, suggesting a cream claiming it was meant for hyperpigmentation and melasma and would cure the issue. I ended up spending a huge amount—£30 for the doctor's fee and another £335.81 for completely useless products. After using the suggested cream, my skin developed severe dryness and a white powder-like flaky texture. When I reached out to them with messages and videos regarding these side effects, they failed to respond properly. Even after making a patient spend such a huge amount on expensive products, they show zero responsibility or basic courtesy to reply. Traveling to the clinic was difficult for me due to my work, so I communicated through WhatsApp, but getting a response took ages. The worst part is that my skin recovered only after I completely stopped using the cream they suggested. And showing in another place my skin is more better, If clinics operate purely as a business to force people to buy expensive products without caring for the patients or responding to their concerns afterward, what is the point? Zero use, zero results, and a total waste of money. Extremely unprofessional behavior and a complete lack of care. Highly disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone.
