If I could do 0 stars I would. Soluna Clinic was wonderful. Great service. Great value. I even tipped 2 aestheticians! This “rebranded” clinic has the WORST customer service & treatments went downhill. They’re inconsistent with getting back to you via email/phone and the actual results are near non-existent. My last experience: I went in for a PMU touch up and the brow lady (though nice) was shaky the whole time & did the wrong colour. Finally she did dark, which was great, but it all crusted off 10 days later…leaving me with LIGHTER brows than I had before going in 🤣 in her defense, she offered me a free touch up but that’s not on the cards anymore, apparently. Jasmine basically gaslights you on how “great” the treatment is (when it’s not) and has twice messed up bookings, where there’s always an excuse & nearly blames you for her mistake. I suspect they’re using students from next door’s cosmetic training for pro treatments…at pro rates 💰. Either way, somethings majorly iffy.

Had a microneedling appointment with Shahla. She is so lovely and professional. She goes over and beyond in her treatment care. I am very happy with the way my skin has improved since starting my tteatments. Highly recommend Cosmetic Clinic.

I had a lovely lady do my hydro facial today, she was very attentive and kind. Iv been experiencing some facial eczema and she altered the facial to my needs! The lady on reception was also super welcoming and friendly! my skin feels very clean and fresh :)

A gorgeous clinic that has friendly and kind staff. The environment is spotless and quiet. I had the pleasure to work with Charmelle I believe, whom was not only extremely professional and knowledgable, but beyond skilled and also very kind and friendly. She made sure we went very in-depth with what I'd like for my lip filler and what I can expect. I came in with some filler that had migrated into the bottom of my upper lip and had clumped into a little ball. She recommended that we dissolve it first and thoroughly explained why, and then we did some refilling of the lips. I let her have mostly creative freedom with what she does with my lips and only gave her the rough idea of what I wanted (a slight raise of my upper lip in height, and mostly just hydration and a bit of volume to my lower lip) and she gave me the most gorgeous, wonderful and natural looking lips. I'm extremely happy with my results. Thank you very much and will look forward to coming again.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I had micro-needling done with plasma. Shalla was super caring and did an amazing job. She was lovely and professional, i felt i was in good hands. From the moment you step in to the moment you leave it felt a flawless experience.
