Extremely unprofessional. My original booking was cancelled, so I rebooked another location through ClassPass which was confirmed. I arrived on time and couldn’t get through — calls were repeatedly declined and I was told to “text only.” I was then incorrectly told I should be at a different location, despite having proof of my booking. Communication was slow, dismissive, and chaotic. At one point a therapist contacted me separately asking where I was, which just added to the confusion. I was left waiting with no clear answer and no service provided. Completely disorganised and a waste of time — I would not recommend. *** Update: The owner responded only after I wrote this review online to offer a 30-minute treatment so stating a goodwill gesture was offered at the time is incorrect. Attributing this to a scheduling issue does not reflect the truth. I stated I was happy to wait or go to another location but no one would help me, I was told it was not their problem.
