I had an absolutely amazing experience and would highly recommend! I had the Japanese hair spa and the aqua peel hydrafacial. All teg products she used for my hair smelled amazing and after my facial, my face was glowing! Everything was explained well..room was nice and cosy and Shelly was very accommodating providing me an an additional pillow for me as I suffer from sciatica so I would be comfortable. We have had such a wonderful chat after and it was amazing hearing her story of being self made business woman..very motivational! If you want a luxurious spa day feel, this is the place!

Visited for the first time last weekend and Shelly was so friendly and welcoming. This was my second microneedling session, but by far the most informative. Shelly has created a haven in the middle of Bournville that whisks you away to a spa experience. The Japanese spa with the Elemis facial was just amazing. She is talented, skilful & makes you feel completely relaxed. Using high quality products & her own techniques this is just a fabulous treat & I woke up glowing the next day with softer hair. Me and my cousin came today for a Japanese head spa... Amazing! Will definitely try to book another soon. 5 star services from Michelle all around. Don't be alarmed if you ring the door and there is no immediate answer, she may be unable to hear due to being in with another client in another room.
